Moreover, being part of iConz allows each member to leverage the iConz network, thereby increasing income potential and enabling wealth creation.
Agents who typically achieve the best results are often those with more than three years of experience in real estate, who thrive in a family-like, winning culture, and are willing to help others and give back to the network. While there are some rare exceptions, the most effective step you can take is to schedule a call to determine if you are a good fit.
iConz is structured as a unified network of real estate professionals, organized into Micro Teams, with the primary aim of maximizing the benefits available within the eXp Realty Brokerage Model.
These Micro Teams function as purposefully cultivated groups within each city or town, with the objective of having specialized expertise in every facet of real estate within each team.
Leveraging proprietary lead generation systems unique to iConz, each Micro Team aims to achieve significant market share in their respective areas.
Agents must be invited and meet performance requirements. They must also adhere to the code of conduct, sign an agent participation agreement, and pay the $50 monthly membership fee.
